Blessed Body Fitness Classes

We offer a diverse range of pole fitness and movement sessions tailored to all levels and body types. From Intro to Pole for beginners to advanced Intermediate classes, we focus on building strength, confidence, and skill. Specialty classes like Thick Fit, celebrate curves, while Floetry and Floor, and Sensuality and Flexibility enhance grace and flow. Explore Open Pole for self-practice or book Private Classes for personalized training. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced mover, there's something for everyone.

Our Classes

Intro to Pole

Intro is the first step in your pole journey at Blesssed Body Fitness studio. You will be guided through pole basics, walks, grips, and more. Wear shorts, a t-shirt or sports bra, and barefoot or a comfortable pair of heels. Please do not wear any lotion or oil on your body, as it may cause pole slips.

Beginner Pole

In the Beginner Pole class, participants will enhance their body awareness and strength while mastering fundamental pole techniques. This includes learning various spins, transitions, floor work, and climbing, all while ensuring a safe and effective practice. Please do not wear any lotions or oils as this will result in pole slips.

Intermediate Pole

This class is for those that are able to comfortably climb, do basic inverts, and hold their body weight in the air. Please DO NOT wear lotion or oil on your body as this will transfer to the pole and cause pole slips.

Floetry and Floor 
Intro + Beginner

Floetry and floor is designed to explore the beauty of movement without relying on pole tricks. This class emphasizes floor and low-flow movements. We will study the technique of heel clacks, leg waves, unique pathways and fluid transitions, helping you expand into your own sense of style and a seamless flow of motion to cultivate a smooth, continuous flow that oozes with confidence, sensuality, and sex appeal.

Sensuality and Flexibility
 

All levels

Explore the captivating blend of sensuality and flexibility in our all-levels pole and floorwork class, where you'll enhance your strength and embrace your body's unique movements. Through graceful spins, seductive poses, and fluid transitions, you'll build confidence and body awareness in a supportive environment while celebrating your femininity. Don't forget to wear shorts. Kneepads and heels are optional. Please do not apply any lotion or oil to your body as it will cause you to fall.

Thick Fit

Thick Fit is a welcoming pole dancing class designed specifically for curvy women, promoting body positivity and confidence. Participants are encouraged to bring shorts and a water bottle, while avoiding lotion or oil to ensure safety and optimal grip during the session.

Open Pole

Open Pole invites participants to unleash their creativity and enhance their skills in a welcoming space. This session provides the opportunity to freestyle or practice previously learned techniques, fostering a sense of community among fellow dancers.

Private Class

Private pole classes - Your pole, your way! Ready to unleash your inner diva? Our private pole classes are designed for those who want a personalized experience tailored to their unique style, fitness level, and goals. Whether you're mastering the basics or working on advanced tricks, this one-hour, one-on-one session will have you feeling strong, confident, and empowered. Want to bring the party?
